I am leaving because I got a studio nearby. There are 3 other lovely flatmates, aged between 24 and 28. 👫👫 The house is on two floors, ground and first. My room is on the ground floor and about 25 sqm.
The house is quiet and social, and we have a cleaning schedule that everyone follows. We all get along really well! 😊
I need someone to take over ASAP! I'm available to arrange a viewing quickly. Ideally, the contract signing would be before the 25th of this month, so you can pay directly for November rent. 🗓️
*: Bed frame, mattress (+ bedding), desk, sofa, 2x wardrobe (with organizers), drawer, lights and other minor things. Not electronics such as monitor and tv.
