Kamer Amsterdam - Onbekend

This is for someone who is looking for to stay in Amsterdam for a long holiday or someone who has not yet found their dream place and needs a temporary arrangement before then. The room is available from October 14-30 (17 days, strict move out date) for 600 with utilities and WiFi all sorted (normal all-in monthly rent is around 1150, price is negotiable since I am looking for someone who can take care of the place well). A deposit of 300 is required, no couples and smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Registration not possible.

You will be sharing the kitchen with my super lovely housemate while having a separate toilet room and shower room for yourself. I will clear out the big black open clothes rack for you to put your clothes, but other clothing storage units will not be available. I can provide bedding, you can use kitchen supplied etc. First few photos are when room is cleared out (how it will be for you), some later ones are when it’s being used just to give more angles of the room.

Note: The apartment consists of two rooms, which are quite separate from each other almost like two studios sharing a kitchen area. The apartment does not have a living room space, but the room itself is really big (~25sqrm), as shown in images.

More about the place:

The location is amazing, super well connected, 13-min-walk to central station, 2-min to metro & tram, 1-min to AH, Blokker, Kruidvat, breakfast places etc. Area is close to really everywhere and still clean and cozy to live in. Having lived here for more than 2 years, I can say it is truly a jewel hard to find.

Apartment building includes elevator, regular cleaning and maintenance. Apartment includes shared kitchen area (oven, dishwasher etc.), laundry machine, and huge balcony.
