Dear house seeking people✨,

A fully furnished room is coming free in our student house in the Oosterpoortwijk! We are a house of 4 girls, all nearing the end of our Bachelor studies and some starting their masters. This house has no obligations but we do plan optional house evenings regularly. We enjoy eating (vegetarian/vegan) food, hanging out together, and sometimes playing games. We leave our doors open for each other. Our house has two kitchens and a balcony that we share, and we keep the house clean together.

The room in question is 20m2, with big windows, a gas heater, wooden floors. The rent is around 330 excluding utility costs, which amounts to be about 75 extra per month. You have to pay a deposit of one month rent and the former owner wants to get some money for the furniture.

We are looking for someone who is also in the later stages of their studies (preferably 21+), clean, and open to the spontaneous dinner and drinks. Does this sound like something you’re looking for?
